At Timeless Professional Services a project can only be successful if the project comes in on time, on budget, and the end result is exactly what was planned for in the beginning. Our Project Managers work directly with the client's team to integrate and immerse our Project Management philosophy into our client's success. Our approach is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOKŽ) utilized by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This approach follows the industry best practices, principles, and methodologies in completing a project. Timeless Professional Services applies the skills, knowledge, tools, and practices to all activities in order to complete a project. Through the PMBOK process described below we are able to successfully complete our projects on time and on budget for our clients.

Initiating: Involves recognizing and authorizing a new project or new project phase.

Planning: Involves defining and refining project objectives and selecting the most appropriate path or plan in order to satisfy project objectives.

Executing: Involves the management and coordination of people and resources to execute the plan.

Controlling: Involves measuring progress toward project objectives, monitoring deviation from plan, and taking effective corrective action to align progress with the plan.

Closing: Involves gaining formal stakeholder and customer acceptance of the final products and/or services delivered by the project and bringing it to an orderly end.

Kaplan is one of the world’s leading providers of lifelong education. Timeless was selected to build an enterprise management system to meet their need to manage all aspects of their business from the head office. This project involved in-depth analysis of Kaplan’s business processes and educational programs and curriculum across multiple countries. The resulting web based system built by Timeless maintains all student records, automatically produces an analysis of test results, controls payroll, is used to instruct several thousand staff teachers and more. Currently the system supports Kaplan learning centres in Canada, the USA and China . We are including this project reference in our profile because:

Timeless managed the project from concept to implementation, and is now a permanent professional services supplier to Kaplan for the Instructor Support and Management System.
This web based system has been large in scope and effort (developed and continually maintained, updated, and extended into new educational domains over the last 5 years).
The system permits extensive data mining and performs analysis of information both individually and aggregated for reporting purposes.
The system is integrated with multiple different modules, numerous levels of user and security access, and spreads across multiple provinces, states and countries where information is collected into a single, central location.
